and similar to Basmati rice. With an aroma of popcorn and nutlike flavor
this rice is an excellent choice for stir-fry, salads, stuffing, pilaf,

Cooking Instructions: For white Jasmine rice simmer 1/2 cup rice in 1
cup boiling water, cover, cook for 15 to 20 minutes. For brown Jasmine
use 1 cup rice for 2 1/2 cups liquid and simmer for 45 minutes. If pressure
cooking cook 15-25 minutes.
