Directions: 1) In a saucepan, melt 4 Tbsp. butter on low heat. 2) Whisk
in 1 cup milk, then add packet contents. 3) Bring to a boil while constantly
whisking. Boil until desired thickness is reached.
Chef Suggests: Serve over freshly prepared asparagus, or over roasted
potatoes. For instant Eggs Benedict, serve over split and toasted English
muffins, sliced cooked ham and poached eggs.
