This is a cubanelle-type F1 hybrid pepper that is early maturing and produces high yields of thin-walled fruit. The peppers are approx. 2-3” wide and up to 10” long ripening from a pale lime green color to bright red. The plants are very sturdy and hold an amazing amount of peppers without breaking! These are perfect for salads, stir-fries, or gourmet dishes.
This pepper seed was grown by Azure Husbandry here on the farm in Dufur, Oregon.
