This Biscuit and Baking Mix makes tasty gluten-free treats easier than
ever to prepare. Designed especially for simply prepared, fluffy and piping
hot biscuits, pancakes and waffles without wheat or gluten. Use with your
favorite recipes that call for baking mix.
INGREDIENTS: Stone Ground White Rice and Garbanzo Bean Flours, Baking Powder
(Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Corn Starch, Monocalcium
Phosphate), Xanthan Gum and Sea Salt.
Manufactured in a facility that also uses tree nuts and soy.

Cooking instructions:
FOR BISCUITS: Preheat oven to 350° Place 21/2 cups Biscuit & Baking Mix
in mixing bowl. Using a pastry blender, cut in 1/2 cup unsalted butter
(or non-hydrogenated shortening) until the mixture resembles a coarse meal.
Add 3/4 cup water or milk and stir until evenly moistened. Turn dough out
onto a lightly floured surface and knead briefly. Roll out to 1/2 inch
thickness and cut out biscuits. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350°
for 20-25 minutes.
FOR PANCAKES: Blend 1 Egg, 2 Tbsp. Sugar, 1/4 cup Oil. Add to 11/2 cups
Biscuit Mix. Add about 2 cups Water. Makes 18 pancakes. Same recipe can
be used for waffles.
