When should I use it? Drink one cup prepared with two tea bags, 3-4 times
daily between meals when experiencing nervous or queasy stomach.
How does it taste? A pleasantly aromatic balance of slightly bitter, with

Directions: Brew well to be well. For maximum benefit, medicinal tea must
be properly prepared. Pour 8 oz. freshly boiled water over two tea bags
in a ceramic cup. Cover cup and steep 10 munutes. Water temperature covering
your cup and steeping time greatly influence the yield of beneficial components
that will end up in your teacup! Gently squeeze the tea bags to release
the remaining extractive. Drink three to four cups daily between meals
or as needed.
