Our Wagyu Brisket, Short-Rib burgers may be the closest we’ll ever come to having an ultimate burger blend. These burgers are sourced from Tajima American Wagyu, which humanely raises its cattle and feeds them a proprietary blend of Japanese Wagyu diet with Midwest ingredients. The blend for these burgers then includes brisket, short-rib, and sirloin meat, resulting in what we consider to be the perfect combination of flavor, fat and texture.
